On September 18, 2018, a celebratory ceremony was held to celebrate the Entrepreneur Day at the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic, with the participation of the Speaker of the Parliament Dastanbek Dzhumabekov, entrepreneurs of Kyrgyzstan, representatives of business associations and international donor organizations.<\/p>\n

According to Mr. Dzhumabekov, since the Kyrgyz Republic gained independence, the Parliamentary Corps has been taking measures to create favorable conditions for doing business and is currently adopting relevant bills.<\/p>\n

The American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic, represented by the Executive Director Zarina Chekirbaeva, is a member of the Business Development and Entrepreneurship Council under the Toraga of JK of KR, which was established in 2017 with the main mission to ensure a stable relationship between Parliament and the business community. In the course of the meeting, Ms. Chekirbaeva highlighted the high importance of the development of FEZ and the construction industry.<\/p>\n

The American Chamber of Commerce would like to express sincerely thanks to the Speaker of the Parliament Mr. Dzhumabekov and former Speaker of the Parliament Mr. Chynybai Tursunbekov for supporting the initiative to create the Council; to Mr. Abdyvahap Nurbaev, who actively supported the work of the Council; to the rest of parliamentarians, who provided assistance and support to the work of the Council; to business members, who provided assistance and support to the work of the Council; and to the rest of parliamentarians, who assisted and supported the overall work of the Council and business members.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
