Current business issues caused by the State of Emergency were discussed at the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic Zarina Chekirbaeva, in addition to the anti-crisis measures provided earlier from the Chamber to the Government,\u00a0<b>voiced the following proposals:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1. Provide interest-free or low interest loans \/ loans for entrepreneurs of the tourism sector and SMEs<br \/>\n2. Simplify the process of issuing permits to the construction sector<br \/>\nin online-regime<br \/>\n3. Allow to complete the construction of facilities at a high stage of readiness throughout the Kyrgyz Republic<br \/>\n4. To consider granting exemption from taxes for companies of the tourism sector<\/p>\n<p>The videoconference was initiated by the Vice-Speaker of the Council, Member of Parliament, Mr. Abdyvahap Nurbaev.
