From May 2015 to March 2019 Aktilek held the position of a top manager at \u201cKumtor Gold Company\u201d CJSC.<\/p>\n<p>From January 2011 to May 2015, Aktilek headed the \u201cInternational Business Council\u201d \u2013 one of the largest business associations in the Kyrgyz Republic.
