The branch of the Joint Stock Company “Plasform Ambalaj Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.” was established in the territory of the “Bishkek” Free Economic Zone in 1997. The total area of the plant’s territory is 33,500 square meters. The company commenced its operations in 1998 and has been actively conducting business to the present day.

The company manufactures preforms for plastic PET bottles, with an annual factory capacity of 1 billion preforms. For many years, the branch has collaborated with well-known local enterprises producing bottled water and beverages, and it also exports its products to Kazakhstan and Tajikistan. Throughout the entire period of the branch’s production activities, the total investment in production development amounted to $50 million USD.

The company provides employment for over 75 citizens of Kyrgyzstan who work directly at the plant, with a total number of hired and contracted specialists exceeding 150 individuals.

The plant has its own laboratory equipped with all necessary measuring instruments for the safe and high-quality production of preforms. In case of any issues with the production machinery, the company’s technical department, including mechanics, electricians, and operators, addresses and promptly resolves the problem by identifying the cause of the malfunction.

The production of PET preforms takes place on modern and powerful equipment from the HUSKY company, adhering to sanitary norms, occupational safety requirements, and technical safety in accordance with international rules and norms, as well as the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
