Joomart Otorbaev presented new government regulation, September 9, 2013
AmCham representatives took part in the meeting at the Government House with the first Vice-premier-minister Joomart Otorbaev, representatives of business society, Custom Service, donor community and mass-media. Joomart Otorbaev presented a government regulation, which facilitates a procedure of export and shortens a list of required documents. Regarding this regulation the exporters should provide 2 documents instead of 10: an invoice and a goods-transport list.
