The International Court of Arbitration under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (ICA CCI) was officially registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on September 26, 2002, and remains a permanent arbitration institution.

The International Court of Arbitration was established as a non -profit organization in the legal form of a public foundation, which is not based on the membership of its founders and does not have generation of profit as its main goal.

Currently, the list of arbitrators of the International Court of Arbitration includes 235 professional specialists, including 124 local arbitrators and 111 foreign arbitrators from 26 countries, including Great Britain, Sweden, France, the USA, Russia, the Netherlands, Belarus, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, India, Austria, Croatia, Romania, Lithuania and China. The list of arbitrators includes not only lawyers but also experts in economics, finance, and business.

Since 2004, the ICA CCI has considered more than 900 disputes in the total amount of more than $80 million, including more than 47 disputes with the participation of foreign companies.
