05.02.12 Tender for the procurement of technical assistance services
We are pleased to inform you that the USAID REFORMA Project has issued a tender as of today, Friday, February 3, for the procurement of technical assistance services from Kyrgyz firms and NGOs to support the Government’s Action Plan for the First 100 Days. This is one of a series of tenders to be issued by the REFORMA Project that will support the Government’s program to optimize the normative and legal base for the regulation of business activity conducted by an Interagency Commission and the Ministry of Economy and Antimonopoly Policy in its role as Secretariat. The purpose of this procurement is to conduct a review of the remaining list of business licenses and permits and recommend their retention or elimination for inclusion in the proposed draft Law on Licensing.
